The 3 School Sports Partnerships in Somerset have agreed the following Health and Safety procedures with Somerset County Council.

Annually

  • Obtain Series Approval for school to take part in all fixtures / competitions you intend to enter. (EV1 form approved by head teacher) Go to the European Education Consultants (EEC) website on the following link https://www.eeclive.co.uk/public/plogon.asp
  • A simplified guide on how to complete the process can be downloaded by Clicking here
  • If you enter a competition after completing the series approval. You will be asked to complete an additional EV1 form so to avoid this try to include all competitions entered in series approval

a) That the school has risk assessment procedures in place for all activities / site

  • Only enter competition / league if you have completed risk assessments
