The Tone School Sports partnership has adopted the following Festival structure to compliment the National Competition Framework giving each primary / first school the opportunity to attend a series of cluster festivals.

mskills048_edited-1.jpgYear 1 / 2 Multi-Skills Festival.  Pupils will experience a range of fun multi-skill activities designed to improve their agility, balance, coordination and fundamental movement skills.

Year 3 Athletics Festival.  Pupils will experience a range of activities designed to improve their running, throwing and jumping.
Year 3 Strike / Field.  Pupils will experience a range of fun multi-skill activities needed to succeed in the Strike / Field sports of cricket, rounders and tri-golf.

Year 4 Net / Wall Festival. Based at the Blackbrook Pavilion, Wellington Sports Centre or secondary school site, pupils will experience a range of multi-skill activities needed to succeed in the Net / Wall sports of tennis, table-tennis, and badminton.

orienteering.jpgYear 4 Orienteering  Festival.  Based at Norton Manor Camp, pupils will experience a range of basic navigation skills and games as well as compete in a wooded environment.

Aquasplash is an aquatic festival, designed to cater for both non-swimmers and swimmers, and consists of fun, inclusive, multi-skill activities for children to take part in as individuals and in teams.

outdoor-ed-rollerball.jpgYear 6 Outdoor Education Festival.  Based at Norton Manor Camp pupils will participate in a series of problem solving activities designed to improve their leadership and team work skills
